Shipping your order

At XONI, each product is carefully manufactured, often custom-made, to ensure a precise, durable and aesthetic result.
Production and delivery times therefore depend on the type of product and the selected material.

Production lead times

Custom-made outdoor panels

  • Brushed stainless steel: 10 working days
  • 3 mm brass: 4 weeks
  • 3 mm brass with PVD treatment: 6 weeks
  • Anodised aluminium: 6 weeks
  • PVC / temporary: 24 hours or less

Custom-made finishing frames

  • Brushed stainless steel: 10 working days
  • “Grey stone” plexiglass: 24 hours or less

Cover plates for monitors

  • White plexiglass: 24 hours
  • Other materials: on request

Spare parts

  • Nameplates / engravings: 1 working day
  • Replacement parts: 1 working day

Lead times start from receipt of payment and are expressed in working days.

Delivery methods

Orders are:

  • shipped via bPost,
  • delivered by us,
  • or collected by appointment.

Each order is carefully prepared and shipped with insurance.

Shipping costs include:

  • preparation,
  • packaging,
  • and transport.

Preparation costs are fixed; transport costs vary depending on the total parcel weight.
We recommend grouping all items in one single order. Separate orders cannot be combined and will each incur shipping costs.

Please check the condition of the parcel upon delivery and in the presence of the carrier, and report any damage immediately.


Returns & right of withdrawal

Non-personalised and non-custom-made items benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Items returned in perfect condition, as well as the original shipping costs, will be refunded.

Custom-made items

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned.

As these products are manufactured specifically according to your order, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Important information

The right of withdrawal allows you to inspect the item upon delivery as you would in a physical store.
It is not a “satisfaction guaranteed” policy allowing installation, testing or use prior to return.
